The review is progressing well and we are agreeing more and more detail everyday regarding the future direction of the institute, however CIMSPA is a membership organisation and at the AGM the members will be asked to approve the plans."
The AGM will be open to CIMSPA members and free of charge to attend. Full details of the AGM will be released nearer the time. All of the existing trustees positions are due for re-election and the business review will also prompt a new governance structure.
