Assistant Swimming Teacher Professional Standard consultation now open

The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) has today started an open consultation on a forthcoming sector professional standard for the job role of Assistant Swimming Teacher.

CIMSPA is calling on organisations and individuals to offer general feedback on the standard’s content for the job role of Assistant Swimming Teacher.

The rollout of the finished standard will take place later this year. Employers will then have a single point of reference to standardise the recruitment, training and professional development of these roles.
