Consultation begins on Personal and Professional Developer Professional Standard

CIMSPA are pleased to begin an open consultation on a new professional standard for Personal and Professional Developer.

The Personal and Professional Developer standard is a newly defined area of CIMSPA’s work. The link below explains the approach we have taken to the role area and outline’s CIMSPA’s position on the role(s) of people who support the development of other people in the sport and physical activity sector’s workforce.

The draft standard and consultation survey are also available here to submit your feedback.

We are looking for feedback on this standard’s content from individuals and organisations from across the sector and as a newer role area, especially those with this particular expertise.

The rollout of the finished standard will take place later in the year.

These consultations will be open until Friday 2 August 2019.
