Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 6th Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity will be held on/at:
  • DATE: 2.30pm - 4.00pm on the 18th September 2019 (with registration and a CIMSPA trustee meet and greet from 2.00pm).
  • VENUE: SportPark Loughborough University, 3 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 3QF.

In order to be quorate, a minimum of thirty members must attend the AGM. In matters of resolutions a simple majority will pass the resolution.

2. Minutes of the previous meeting

To be agreed and matters arising.

3. Chief Executive Officer’s update

To receive an update on CIMSPA’s activities since the last AGM, including information on membership, partnerships and finance.

4. Report on the approval to reform the Royal Charter and Statutes

To receive an update on the approved reforms to both CIMSPA’s Royal Charter and its Statutes.

5. Members proposed agenda items

Items that members would like to propose onto the agenda should be sent to the addresses below, for the attention of the CEO and received by noon on the 10th September 2019. Where a revised agenda is required, this will be issued at the meeting or items will be addressed within this item.

What is a Cookie
