CIMSPA has established a disciplinary policy and procedure for managing disciplinary proceedings which describe the process that CIMSPA will follow when taking disciplinary action against a member.
This policy aims to ensure the effective, consistent and fair implementation of the procedures that will be followed throughout the duration of disciplinary proceedings.
