CIMSPA partners shine in Active Training Awards

The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity is today celebrating the winners of the 2018 Active Training Awards – organised by ukactive and CIMSPA and sponsored by Active IQ. At the awards ceremony in Birmingham last night, CIMSPA employer and skills development partners swept the board, winning in all 8 award categories up for grabs.

The Active Training Awards recognise an array of leading employers and training providers in the physical activity sector and celebrate workplace success in learning and development.

Official CIMSPA partners Street Games, Jubilee Hall Trust, Everyone Active, Life Leisure UK, Health Innovation Network, Future Fit Training and British Weightlifting were among those who triumphed on the night. CIMSPA employer partners Life Leisure led the way, picking up both the Transformational Leadership Award and Outstanding Individual of the Year Award, who this year was named as Ruth Lynch, Group Exercise Master Trainer.
