Strategic workforce questions

Following a comprehensive consultation with industry and academic leaders, CIMSPA has compiled a detailed list of the most pressing workforce related questions that have shaped CIMSPA’s Areas of Research Interest (ARIs).

The areas of research cover a range of key workforce themes:

  1. Occupational supply and demand
  2. Digital, data and AI capability in the workforce
  3. Equity, diversity and representation in the workforce

  5. Workforce wellbeing, safety and sustainability
  6. Place-based workforce targeting and incentives
