Westminster Council collaborated with Andy Davidson at Everyone Active to enable people who are inactive within the Westminster area by finding:

• What the locals want
• Working with the providers to make this possible.

Everyone active and Westminster Council work together to undergo a joint active communities’ assessment.

This enables the sites and Westminster Council to all be working from the same single service improvement plan.

The Westminster facilities via Everyone Active will complete their annual Quest assessments and they will share areas of best practice with each other within Westminster and promote learning and growth.

Westminster facilities complete various NBS surveys which assess financial efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction

They are establishing a truly integrated approach to Quest, to ensure that this is at the core of ‘normal’ operations to drive continual improvement.
