The launch of the Quest NBS Dash system

The introduction included the launch of the Quest NBS Dash system and Caroline and Mike explained how the data can improve the journey for organisations.

There was then an interactive session on Kahoot to review questions in detailed percentages to give an overview of recent reports showing the kind of information that was available on the Dash to allow centres and companies to benchmark. The room then looked at live statistics from 2018 data and similar that were available, the access levels that were relevant to people’s status within organisations and able to analyse the data accordingly.

It was shown how reports were much easier with banding overall scores and photos, and that reports were also easier to find through a simple logging process.

Examples of auto views of charts and tables that are available on the Dash were shown including how clients can drill down into the relevant depth for each area and question according to their status within their organization.

Q&A

Questions from the floor were taken after asking what information organisations wanted to know from the Quest assessment to help them in continuous improvement.

Q – Can we drill down into specific areas, for example, the gym?

A – That’s already possible and relevant to your access levels.

Q – Are benchmarks available for the industry as a whole and can we see where we are in comparison to that benchmark?

A – That’s already possible.

Q – will the system identify common issues with good and not so good practices within each contract?

A – That will be possible and will also break it down into each specific area as well.

There was then another interactive session on Kahoot to review questions in detailed percentages to give more overviews of recent reports showing the kind of information that was available on the Dash to allow centres and companies to benchmark.
