Boost recruitment and retention

Harness local workforce data to tackle recruitment and retention challenges as well as promoting routes into in-demand sector roles.

Promote learning opportunities

Use an informed approach to signpost to relevant, high-quality learning and development opportunities for both career explorers and existing sector professionals.
