Kay Simnett, COO of CIMSPA said,
“We are absolutely thrilled to have been recognised again by Best Companies. We are really grateful to our dedicated team for their unwavering commitment to CIMSPA and our culture and values.
The three-star award reflects the commitment that we all share to cultivating a workplace where every member of the team, no matter what role they have or how long they have worked for us, feels supported, valued and empowered to perform to their very best.
We are also incredibly proud to be the top not-for-profit organisation to work for once again. As a professional development body, we are really keen to showcase to employers in our sector and beyond how workplace and employee engagement can massively contribute to organisational success whether it’s in the commercial, public or voluntary sector.
We are excited to continue building on our culture of excellence.”
Tara Dillon, CEO of CIMSPA said,
“Our culture is the foundation of everything that we do at CIMSPA.
It shapes our values and empowers every single individual that works for us to bring the very best version of themselves to everything that we do.
It enables everyone to be purpose driven in their work and is also the ever-present force in the cohesion of work across our team.
The thing that I’m most proud of is that because the team feel incredibly strong ownership of our culture, they have been striving to make sure that as our team has grown, our culture has developed further.
They’ve embodied our approach of leading by listening, continuing to build an incredibly positive, inclusive workplace for all colleagues.”
