“The assessment process certainly challenged my thinking, but I found it strangely therapeutic! It isn’t often I do something for myself, so I was hesitant when the opportunity came up but thrilled with the results. Thinking strategically is part and parcel of my role but putting it down on paper and trying to articulate it is tougher than it sounds! Thanks go to my assessor Sue for her support.”
