Any non-entry academic or professional qualifications attained that support and develop an individual in their role or future career. These must be awarded by a government-recognised educational institute.

Mentoring

Recognition of the value and contribution that can be made to others by sharing their knowledge and experience with colleagues and associates. CPD can be obtained by being a mentor or mentee.

CIMSPA will introduce a mentoring framework. This will be piloted in 2017 at chartered levels. 1 point per hour for mentor and mentee
