Recruitment process/how we recruit
Whether you are part way through your studies, just getting back into the work place since having a break or looking for a new challenge, and want to work with like-minded, energetic, driven and authentic people we want to hear from you.
The process:
We have been practicing anonymous recruitment for some time now. This whereby we remove anything that might distract us from our applicants such as name, address, hair color. This means we are able to perform a fair and consistent approach and enables all our applicants to have an equal opportunity.
