The Primal Flow Model is a unique system that allows an instructor’s movement and programming knowledge to build effective workouts for any audience, making it an extremely versatile tool.
This course focusses on sequential movement and combining (or flowing) movement patterns together over a number of sets. It includes an extensive movement compendium, guiding learners movement exploration and creativity.
With the skills and knowledge gained learners will be able to teach clients how to get fit and strong anywhere with no equipment needed.
