BA (Hons) Sport Business and Management

Our BA (Hons) Sport Business and Management degree is designed to provide you with the knowledge of some of the principal aspects of business and management in the context of sport. You will consider the importance of sport for the welfare of individuals and groups in society and how, as a manager, you can respond effectively to their needs. The degree aims to foster an enquiring and critical analysis of the structures and processes that underpin and influence the management of sport by drawing on theories, concepts and methods. It also aims to foster an enterprising, entrepreneurial spirit and enhance the employability prospects of each student and to enable students to acquire and develop competence in key transferable skills that will enhance their opportunities for further study, life-long learning and employment.
