This face-to-face course provides learners with an understanding of the legal and professional requirements of a group cycling instructor.
Over 14 hours, learners will develop an understanding of the key concepts of studio cycling and how technology can be used in studio cycling sessions, plus the knowledge and skills to plan, prepare and deliver safe and effective group studio cycling sessions.

Course structure
This qualification is comprised of two units.
To pass this course, learners will need to complete both units:
Unit 1: Planning an Indoor Cycling Instructor Cycling Session
Unit 2: Instructing an Indoor Studio Cycling Class
Successful completion of both units will result in a full level 2 studio cycle qualification that is recognised both across the UK and internationally.
