CIMSPA is the lead organisation for the UK’s sport and physical activity workforce. For CIMSPA to be able to support everyone working in sport and physical activity it is vital that the sector’s workforce is clearly defined and properly understood from lifeguards to personal trainers to senior leaders of large organisations.
By working with the sector we continue to develop a more accurate understanding of who we are, where we work and how we keep the nation active. By doing this we can continue to drive greater investment into the sector, better connect to other sectors and most importantly, drive greater levels of participation.
