In a role of many components, Ritchie is responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s technology and approach to technology are fit for purpose, developing digital products to align with strategic needs. His team also establishes best practice across CIMSPA’s projects and processes and manages IT provisions from hardware to software.
While he now designs digitally, Ritchie’s professional experience began with physical product design, creating children’s toys for major high street retailers.
