A visionary leader with high emotional intelligence, Clare has established a cohesive and productive team to deliver the organisation’s local skills work. She initiates collaboration between partners within and outside of the sport and physical activity sector to solve workforce development challenges.
Clare also manages CIMSPA’s customer engagement and accreditation, aligning products and services with individual as well as organisational needs.
She is motivated by ensuring that those with more practical skillsets are aware of and can access the diverse range of pathways into employment in the sector.
