Deborah is Deputy Director and Head of National Employers and Partnerships at DWP. Prior to this she was Group Director for Jobcentres and Service Centres across the East Midlands, Staffordshire and East Anglia, overseeing the operational delivery of over 90 JCP locations.
Prior to joining DWP in 2020, Debbie had spent the vast majority of her Civil Service career at HMRC, where she initially trained as a Tax Inspector, before moving into leadership roles.
Debbie is incredibly passionate about supporting and developing those around her, through mentoring, coaching and building and sharing career opportunities.
