5 ways to drive your digital presence with the DMH

We’re back - the Digital Marketing Hub (DMH), delivered by CIMSPA and funded by Sport England, is entering its third year! We have made lots of improvements to the platform, based on feedback from our community of over 8000 people.

With the summer holidays ending, now is the time to kickstart your digital marketing. Whether you are self-employed, work for a sporting organisation, volunteer or are employed, there is something for everyone.

With so much content available to sink your teeth into, we thought we’d make it easier and show you 5 areas, new and older, that you might want to start with. Whether you are a current user, a new user, or you are just hearing about The Hub, jump in and make a start.

1 - Accelerate your learning

Our hugely popular Gold Accelerator is back for a second year! With 100% of our graduates reporting that they were more confident with digital marketing, the programme has been a huge success.

Join a cohort of learners for guided tuition hosted by our partners Propel Teams, and marketing agency Seventh Element. This six-week programme is designed to help you review your approach to marketing and give you the framework to improve your approach.

The Gold Accelerator programme (worth over £500) is completely FREE to DMH users and applications open on 14th September. Make sure to save the date in your calendar.

“My experience on the program was nothing short of revolutionary. This has redefined our approach to digital marketing and given us tools and strategies to implement immediately."
Gold Accelerator Graduate, Martin Smith

2 - Want a more bitesized approach?

Following the success of the Gold Accelerator, we’re pleased to introduce our Silver and Bronze programmes! Both are virtual, with some of the perks you’d find in our previous programmes including expert coaching, but with more flexibility so you can fit it around your diary.

Silver
The Silver Accelerator is a monthly programme of weekly 30-minute sessions, to help you quickly review your digital marketing against the ‘5 Pillars of Marketing’ and therefore identify where you can make the quickest gains.

Bronze
The Bronze programme is a series of six webinars delivered by our partner, the Digital Marketing Institute. These 45-minute sessions take place weekly and provide top tips and ideas you can action.

Both are completely FREE and you can sign-up via The Hub

3 - Learn by the book

If you prefer a more traditional learning experience, and prefer to do it on your own time, try the Digital Marketing Playbook; an on-demand eLearning course, with six easy to navigate modules from social media to email marketing.

The Playbook was designed with the Digital Marketing Institute, who host this course, and on completion all learners receive accreditation and certification.
Take advantage of this offer for FREE, before the end of December 2023.

4 - Join in the conversation

The simplest way to start using the DMH is to join the growing community on our app. With a social feed on the homepage, it is a great way to meet like-minded people, stay up to-date with new trends and most importantly, share your story and find out some of the ways that others have improved their digital presence.

Say hello and get involved

“For me, it’s about keeping up to date with current knowledge and thinking. It’s an inspiring community."
DMH user Rosalyn

5 - Binge with all-you-can-eat boxsets

We offer 24/7 access to a range of content – all available in an instant. This includes every previous webinar hosted by the Digital Marketing Hub, including our Digital Marketing Festival.

You can also access tips and tricks in every area of marketing, from a wealth of experts across the sector. Aswell as this, look out for new opportunities specific to sport and physical activity, such as activity session finders.
