Training Academy Course of the Week - Aqua Aerobics Instructor

Aqua aerobics appeals to the 55+ age group as the buoyancy of water reduces weight on impact which helps those that struggle to move easily.

As this age range is the fastest growing demographic in group exercise gym classes, fitness instructors and personal trainers with certified qualifications in water-based exercise are now in high demand.
