CIMSPA has published an update and impact report for its 2024-2030 strategy – Releasing the Power of Our Profession – detailing the first full year of the strategy’s implementation.

The strategy is designed to support the sport and physical activity sector’s workforce by ensuring its professional recognition.

The report updates across the six system interventions identified within the strategy – local skills, our education ecosystem, careers support, support for businesses, workforce governance and the workforce observatory.

It details how the first year of strategy delivery has centred on a “build, test and learn” approach for the system interventions, several of which are now being combined into an integrated system to help enable professional recognition for our sector’s workforce.
