This qualification is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to ensure safe and effective exercise for patients with a number of medical conditions and common reasons for referral onto a community-based exercise referral scheme.

Provided by our 3-star ‘Enhancing’ Training Provider Partner Fitness Training Scotland, as part of this level 3 diploma learners will receive a course manual and be required to read through specific sections and complete worksheets prior to the course commencing.
