CIMSPA awarded 3-star accreditation by Best Companies
CIMSPA tops the leaderboards for Q2 2022
At the online quarterly reveal last week, CIMSPA was awarded with a 3-star accreditation and several other spots on the Best Companies League Tables. A 3-star accreditation is their highest standard of workplace engagement, representing organisations that truly excel.
Awarded to organisations with a BCI (Best Companies Index) score of 738 or higher, the 3-star accreditation reflects ‘world class’ levels of workplace engagement.
“CIMSPA has nearly doubled its size each year for the last three years and we have torn up the rule book when it comes to employee benefits, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment for all.” Morwenna Crespin, People Development Manager at CIMSPA said. “Best Companies has been our goal for several years but Covid delayed us applying for it. Regardless, it was an accolade that we knew we wanted.”
CIMSPA was also revealed to be the #1 best company to work for in the not-for-profit sector in the second quarter of 2022. The organisation also placed in the top 10 best companies to work for in the East Midlands and the top 25 best small companies to work for.
At the quarterly league table review, Best Companies said CIMSPA “has torn up the rule book when it comes to staff benefits. It offers unlimited leave and an equal pay policy for maternity, paternity, adoption and surrogacy.
“Although the benefits are great, what is most important to the organisation is its people. Its quarterly get-together events are held to acknowledge that when a business is constantly working under pressure it needs to hit the pause button, celebrate its successes, and recognise everyone’s contribution by having some fun.
“These are just some of the reasons they have been recognised by their employees as a World Class Organisation to work for in 2022.”
