We’ve joined forces with Magic Mountain, an app that are focused on encouraging more people to get moving, to tackle the physical inactivity crisis together.

It’s “the miracle cure we’ve always had” and our “secret superpower” but somehow, we’re not getting enough of it.

We want to hear directly from you about how your organisation is promoting movement and combating sedentary lifestyles.

How can I take part?

This survey gives crucial insight into the mental health of our sector’s workforce and shows the areas that employers can improve the overall mental wellness of the their employees.
