CIMSPA welcomes JL Consulting as its latest skills development partner

We’re very pleased to welcome JL Consulting to our growing stable of skills development partners – the training providers who are helping CIMSPA deliver a future-fit workforce for the sector.

JL consulting is the creation of Jacky Leonard, a freelance learning and development consultant, who specialises in producing behaviour change interventions and developing her clients’ passion, performance and productivity to improve profits.

Jacky Leonard has worked in the active leisure and learning sector for over 25 years playing integral business development roles in several organisations, and helping them achieve quality benchmarks in the form of QUEST and Investors in People. Her roles have involved creating new programmes for target markets, designing marketing communication strategies, producing quality management systems and troubleshooting under-performing contracts.
