CIMSPA strives to ensure the professional recognition of individuals as well as the endorsement of products, services and organisations indicates quality that is underpinned by regulatory standards.

Below are the members/partners who have been sanctioned after being found in breach of their respective code of conduct, policies, contract and/or terms and conditions.

3.7. Provide sufficient safeguarding arrangements in accordance with relevant safeguarding guidelines, aimed at ensuring the emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing of all Individuals.
