CIMSPA Youth Panel - We are recruiting!

The CIMSPA Youth Panel would like to highlight some of the benefits of being on the panel.

We are recruiting for various positions on the CIMSPA Youth Panel. These positions not only provide excellent opportunities for your own professional development, but they give you the chance to have your say as an advocate for the voices of young people in the sport and physical activity sector.

The Roles

We are recruiting for three positions:

  • Youth Panel Member (multiple positions) – you will attend meetings and collaborate on associated actions aligning to the Youth Panel’s objectives
  • Youth Panel Chair – you will play a leadership role on the Youth Panel, and work to optimise the panel’s relationships with CIMSPA’s board, employees and members
  • Youth Panel Vice Chair – you will support the Chair in the management and development of the panel


The Purpose of the Youth Panel

The purpose of the Youth Panel is to allow young adults to act as advisors to the board of trustees by advocating the youth perspective to influence, policy, practice, and the strategic direction of CIMSPA. As champions of the youth perspective, Youth Panel members consider the implications of CIMSPA’s services and operations for young adults, ultimately working to support CIMSPA’s vision and mission.
