CIMSPA “partnership first” ethos delivers impact across sport and physical activity
The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) are pleased to make our 2017–2019 Impact Report available, which details how our work and that of our partners is helping deliver a great workforce for the sport and physical activity sector.
The report records our growth and successes over the last two years, drawing attention to the projects, strategies and partnerships that have been instrumental to our impact on the sector. It also outlines our ongoing ambitions for 2019.
This is not though a statement of CIMSPA’s successes. It is instead an affirmation of the partnerships we have facilitated across the entire sector. The report highlights our partnership work throughout, with case studies from Anytime Fitness, Cardiff Metropolitan University and Salford Community Leisure.
“Commitment, collaboration and a continued ‘partnership-first’ ethos are vital to both our sector’s progressive advancement, and to delivering great careers for every individual we count as a valued member of our workforce.” — CIMSPA
The report also covers CIMSPA’s governance, membership, education and professional and apprenticeships standards projects, to show how CIMSPA are working towards defining quality career pathways, letting our sector’s talented workforce shine and helping to create an active nation.
