Casting Call for Studio You - This Girl Can/Sport England new online platform
Are you aged between 18 to 28, an instructor and happy to be filmed? This is to work with Livity, the agency leading this project on behalf of Hopscotch Consulting Limited, to develop and/ or appear in workout videos which will be used to engage less active teenage girls in PE classes in School. Participants would need to be happy to be filmed and photographed and will be paid for their time and any travel expenses. The shoot will take place between 27th-31st July – although instructors will likely only be needed for one day - and Livity would like to work with select instructors from week commencing 22nd June to develop the content.
What they’re looking for:
Women, men and non-binary people who are 18-28 years old (our insight has told us that teen girls would prefer instructors closer to their own age) are all welcome to apply. We are looking for a wide diversity in terms of body shape, size and ethnicity. The group exercise disciplines we are looking to shoot are boxing fitness, yoga/pilates/stretch, dance fitness, tone and VIIT/ HIIT and we would like instructors that are confident, strong communicators, joyful and friendly and, for those that help us develop the class content, have experience of developing their own classes in order to make them fun and engaging.

Email a photo, any links to videos, websites or profiles online, your name, age, location, qualifications and experience, time available week commencing 8th June / week commencing 15th June and a quick (less than 1 minute) video telling them about yourself and why you think you’d be suitable for this project. Send these details to fiona@livity.co.uk by midday 5th June. Unfortunately, Livity is only able to get back to those that have been shortlisted.
Looking after your data
Any personal data collected and processed by Livity will be in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). On behalf of Hopscotch Consulting Limited, Livity will be collecting and using your personal data (photo, name, age, location, email address, video) and sharing it with Sport England (the owner of This Girl Can) in order to:
determine if you fall within the represented demographics required for our TGC shoot.
email you to set up a call to discuss your suitability for the project.
for individuals who are selected, you will receive a further email or call from Livity with details about the TGC shoot including any necessary consents that we need to obtain from you.
for individuals who are not selected, your personal data will be destroyed immediately following our decision on who to use for the TGC shoot.
