Harassment in the workplace – Free webinar on understanding the new obligations facing employers

Join us for a FREE essential training webinar to prepare you for the new regulations that come in to force on 26th October this year.

From this date employers will face an enhanced legal duty to take proactive measures in preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.

It’s no longer enough to simply have a policy in place; employers must ensure their policies are up to date, practical, and that all employees are regularly trained on acceptable workplace behaviour.

Learn more about the consultation (now closed) and changes to the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Bill and how it will strengthen existing protection for workers against sexual harassment.

CIMSPA has partnered with Knights to offer our members a free training webinar to help ensure you and your business are prepared for these changes.

Knights PLC is the UK’s largest regional legal services provider, with over 1,200 colleagues nationally, and recognition as one of the top 50 legal businesses in the country, Knights are well-equipped to guide us through these important changes.

Please note – this training has been moved from in person to an online webinar, making the session more accessible and therefore allowing more members and partners to attend.
