Trio of board appointments for Community Leisure

Community Leisure has welcomed Iain Varah, Kay Morrison and Mike Lyons to the board.

Varah, appointed as one of two vice chairs, is CEO of Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure and will be joined in his role by current CLUK treasurer Dawn Heaton. The pair will replace Alistair Robertson.

Morrison, the CEO of South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture, has replaced Andrew Bain as the board’s Scottish representative.

Horizon Leisure CEO Lyons takes over in the South-West director position from Scott Rolfe.

Robin Strang, chair for Scotland, has also stepped down after more than four years in the role.
