Paul is a renowned leader recognised for his honest and open anti-racism dialogue, as well as supporting anti-racist practices across the sport and physical activity sector.
He is the founder of ‘Equity Coach’; the UK’s first anti-racism community and social learning platform for sports coaches, staff and practitioners.
Most recently Paul has worked with CIMSPA to write the newest professional standard ‘Working with Culturally and Ethnically Diverse Communities’.
